Welcome to Everyday Catholic Woman. Please think of this title as simply a description of who I am. I don’t think you need to be Catholic or a woman to read my blog. My goal is to talk about living a Christian life, in practical everyday terms. The title, Everyday Catholic Woman, is meant to give you an idea of my perspective.
In July, 2018, I started my blogging by examining the lessons we can learn from female saints. Every Sunday I posted a biographical description for some saint of the week and followed, each weekday, with a devotional message in the context of that saint. Saturdays posts were shorter with a suggested action we can take to bring our Christian faith to life.
After a break from blogging during Advent, 2018, I restarted in January, 2019, with an examination of the Psalms, taking a psalm-a-day approach with a post on each weekday. Since then, posting has been sporadic, but I hope to be more active someday.
Please keep in mind that I have no authority to speak for the Catholic Church, and that is not my goal. I am just excited to possibly create a community of Christians who want to talk about or pray about what we need to do to bring our faith to life!
Thank you for visiting my Everyday Catholic Woman blog. I look forward to sharing this journey.
